Restaurant Laurus

Wonderfully restored restaurant has been opened in the main building of Helsinki University and it was designed by Carl Ludvig Engel in 1832. Restaurant Laurus is located in the heart of Helsinki next to the Senate Square.

At lunch time we serve three healthy university recommended lunch options: From the Favorites - traditional homemade food, From the Favorites - traditional homemade food as a lacto-ovo-vegetarian option and From the Field - vegan option.

All our lunch options includes main course, side salad and dressing, bread and butter and also drink of your choice. You can enjoy your coffee or tea for lunch in our pop up cafe.
